1. Function
It is the water based degreasing, which the main part is surface
active agent, do not include strong acid, does not have toxicity,
oxidability and flamability. Good cleaning and rust removal. Its
water waste discharge is in line with the requirements of
enviroment protecting.
2. Application
As its function of low foaming and high efficiency, most suit to
eliminate the polishing wax oil from carcon steel, cast iron,
stainless steel, brass alloy , aluminium alloy, zinc alloy etc. use
to clean under normal temperature; also can instead of trichloro
ethylene to ultrasonic clean for the sake of lower the cost.

5. technological parameter

6. How to cleanup the Wax:
(1). Adjust the temperature of ultrasonic water to 70℃
(2). Pour on the wax cleanup water;
(3). Place the work pieces on the cleanup wax pendant, then put in
the liquid to clean.
(4). The Cleanup time can depend on the workpiece, (normally
1-10mins), then inspect the workpiece to reach the good result.
(5). After degrease and cleanup the wax, clean the remained agent
by water, then go to the next procedure.
7. matters need attention
Not corrosive, not poisonous, no chemical reation with normal
metal. The wax cleanup effect and speed of the solution can be
worked out by chemical calculation, or maintained by add wax
cleanup water upon experience, later if too much oil and wax
inside, must change the solution, usually 2-6days.
